Letters to Beethoven Project - 06.09.2009

Students in OK A+ schools across the state listened to and learned about master composer, Ludwig van Beethoven, from teachers trained in San Francisco’s Keeping Score Education program.

Project partners included
Oklahoma A+ Schools, Keeping Score Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Tulsa Symphony Orchestra, KCSC Radio and Best of Books in Edmond.

More than 150 entries were received from elementary and secondary students. Maestro and Note-Able Composer awards were presented at schoolwide assemblies in Geary, Moore and Tulsa.
