New Teachers: LIMITED to first 30 registrants (Definition of New Teachers: In new A+ Schools, teachers who attended NEITHER their school’s 5-Day Summer Institute nor the Fall 2008 Mini-Institute; in other A+ schools, newly hired teachers who did not attend the Fall 2008 Mini-Institute)

  111 East First Street - Upper Level (off 1st St. & Cincinnati in the historic Union Depot)
  Registration: 5:30 p.m. Salon and dinner: 6:00 p.m. Conclude at 9 p.m.

- Lodging for out-of-towners is paid for by OK A+ Schools.
- Lodging is available on Tuesday night, in double occupancy rooms only.
- Continental breakfast is provided at the hotel for hotel guests.
- Phone calls and any other expenses are the responsibility of guests.

Please complete one registration per school, with information compiled for all registrants.

• We will provide dinner Tuesday evening and lunch on Wednesday.
• Attendance at all sessions is expected.
